Why isn't my gift showing?

Solution

This is the most common question asked by those whom are new Contributors/JV Partners to AECNU - Giveaway Events and/or those that did not read and/or understand the terms of the Giveaway Event.

We have been hosting Giveaway Events monthly for Four years now with the anniversary being Thanks for Giving Giveaway which we hosted our first one in 2005. Now we host Giveaway Events monthly.
 
We run our Giveaway Events differently then all the rest that we are aware.
 
In all the other Giveaway Events that we are aware of, the main differences are:
 
A: Theirs - the host is rarely if ever the top traffic driver - they expect the contributors/JV Partners to drive the traffic. The host views the event as you are building their list (the hosts).
 
Ours - In our Giveaway Events, we are almost always the top traffic driver and have only twice been the #2 traffic driver. We work on building our Contributors/JV Partners lists.
 
B: Theirs - during the first 48 hours of the event the most Members/Subscribers are obtained by all.
 
Ours - Members/Subscribers are obtained during the entire event and most of them come towards the middle and end due to our unique gift additions structure.
 
C: Theirs - the gifts submitted by Contributors/JV Partners are removed from the Giveaway Event as time progresses for lack of referrals - in many cases this includes those that have upgraded.
 
Ours - those Contributors/JV Partners that upgraded and have approved gifts appear during the whole duration of the event regardless of the amount of referrals. We reverse the process of gift removal to make it gift additions - meaning as time goes on we add more gifts to the event based on referral points all the way down to one point at the last one third of the event. Those whom have zero points or no confirmed referrals gifts never appear in the event.
 
This policy is explained in detail with the "Gift Additions" schedule which is clearly displayed on our Contributors/JV Partners Signup Page - with the exception of the event name and referral contest awards, it has been the same for years. An example of this is our next upcoming event, simply visit Contributors/JV Partners and choose the top listed Giveaway Event, this will be our current Giveaway Event accepting Contributors/JV Partners.
 
Though at the very top of the page it says: "(Attention contributors - we use automated Gift Additions - please read that section carefully)" few actually pay attention to it and think they know it all - then write in complaining that their gift is not showing.
 
Therefore in our Giveaway Events Gifts are being added every five days based upon referral points and this gives us the opportunity to re-invite the current Members/Subscribers back to our event every five days for more gifts which we include their log in information and more One Time Offer Sales are a result due to more of them are shown. In addition, this also gets more Members/Subscribers for those whom have now met the referral quota for the gift additions.
 
In summary, these rules for our hosted Giveaway Events have made it so that Gift Placing and Gift Rank is directly related to Upgrading and/or Referrals. For those with big lists they commonly do not upgrade because they can and will drive the traffic to gain the points - though some upgrade to obtain Gift Ranking on top of referrals . For those with smaller or no list it is in their interest to upgrade if they want positioning and their gift to show during the duration our Giveaway Events.
 
In our Giveaway Events as with most, we found that the top 10-15 Contributors provide 98% of the referrals. This is why some marketers have closed Giveaway Events - not open to the public - and they start by saying or pitching "15 (or some other number) Marketers have gotten together to give you XX amount of gifts" - Basically these events are locking out the public in general from list building while exchanging lists and building lists with each other. We do not host nor participate in these events.
